Privacy Policy

Fusionetix Engineering & DevOps Consulting ("Fusionetix", "we", "us") operates fusionetix.io. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We try to keep collection to what we actually need to run the business.

What we collect

• Contact submissions. When you send a message through the contact form, we store your name, email, phone (if provided), subject, and message so we can reply.
• Account data. If you sign in, we store your email address and a profile record for role and access control. We use Google OAuth for sign-in; we do not store your Google password.
• Billing data. If you purchase a package or subscribe to a retainer, payment is processed by Stripe. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, order/invoice metadata, and email. We do not store card numbers — Stripe does.
• Usage data. We record each page view server-side: path, IP, user-agent, referrer, time on page, response status, and (if signed in) account email. This is used for analytics and abuse prevention.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries and deliver work you've engaged us for.
• To operate billing, send receipts, and manage subscriptions.
• To understand which pages are useful and diagnose issues.
• To secure the site (rate limiting, abuse detection).

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Third parties

• Stripe — payment processing, invoicing, customer portal.
• Google — OAuth sign-in (if you choose to sign in).
• Hosting infrastructure — the servers and database that run this site.

Retention

Contact submissions and account records are kept for as long as the account exists or the inquiry is active, then periodically purged. Page-view records older than 90 days may be deleted or aggregated. Billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting obligations require.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Subscription cancellation and invoice history are self-service via the Stripe customer portal linked from your billing page.
