Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of fusionetix.io and the services provided by Fusionetix Engineering & DevOps Consulting ("Fusionetix", "we", "us"). By using the site or purchasing a package, you agree to these terms.

Services

We offer fixed-scope engineering packages (Fix, Build) and monthly retainers (Scale). Scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement are defined in a written proposal separate from these terms. If a proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal wins for that engagement.

Payment

• Payment is processed by Stripe. Prices and descriptions on this site are estimates for planning purposes; the authoritative price for any engagement is the one on the checkout page or in your proposal.
• One-time packages are billed on checkout. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started unless stated otherwise in the proposal.
• Retainer subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled from the Stripe customer portal linked on your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Failed payments will be retried per Stripe's standard dunning. Sustained failure may pause service.

Refunds

If work has not yet started on a fixed-scope package, we'll refund the full amount on request. Once work has started, any refund will be pro-rated and discussed case-by-case. Retainers are not pro-rated mid-period.

Intellectual property

Unless a proposal says otherwise, deliverables we create for you become yours on full payment. We retain rights to general-purpose tools, libraries, and patterns used across engagements. Nothing in this site transfers rights to the Fusionetix name, logo, or case-study content.

Confidentiality

We treat anything you share during an engagement as confidential. Case studies published on this site were approved by the client, or have been anonymized where not.

Warranty and liability

We aim for production-grade work, but the site and services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Fusionetix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any engagement is capped at the amount you paid for that engagement.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email.
